William Bergiadis

William founded the wood wool cement board acoustics industry in 1999 and has been pushing its boundaries ever since. His patented noise reduction system achieved an STC 72 rating — the highest-rated single stud wall in the world. He developed the acoustical design metrics that the U.S. Government now uses as its standard for shooting ranges, and proved that steel warehouse structures with WWCB acoustical designs could serve as live on-air broadcast facilities. His latest undertaking is his most ambitious: bringing full-scale wood wool cement board production to American soil.

Tom Noon

Tom’s career spans the full spectrum of business leadership. He started in an international CPA firm, then moved into the C-suite as CFO of a $300 million specialty retailer. Since then, he has served as President, CFO, and COO across companies at every stage of growth — including leading a private equity firm investing in international business and steering finance and operations for an early-stage MedSpa franchisor through rapid expansion. Now, he channels decades of hands-on executive experience into helping mid-market companies find their next gear.

Michael Harjo

Michael Harjo brings a unique combination of military service, tribal citizenship, and business leadership to Walls of Troy’s mission. As CEO of Creek Innovative Solutions Inc. in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and a citizen of the Muscogee Nation, he serves as the company’s distributor to all tribal nations and tribal Veterans Affairs offices nationwide. He is currently coordinating the construction of a sample home in Muskogee, Oklahoma — built at the request of multiple tribal nations in the state. Michael is currently working with eleven tribal nations that have secured funding and land to build Walls of Troy panel homes
